Do we really need Event Planners?

A skilled event planner will save you both time and money. It may appear insignificant at first, but trust us when we say that there are many unforeseen scenarios that may demand your attention, and you do not want to be seen racing about attempting to deal with last-minute difficulties on the day of your event. We will provide reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best pricing, discounts, terms and conditions, and handle all parts of your event on your behalf. Using an event planner relieves stress and offers you the peace of mind to enjoy your occasion. After all, it is your event, and the most essential thing is that you enjoy yourself!

When to start planning?

While this certainly depends on the size and nature of the event, we always recommend that you begin making arrangements as soon as feasible. Specific venues, as well as respectable suppliers and vendors, may need advanced booking at certain times of year. Our service costs would be calculated depending on the amount of time we have spent on the event so far. We try to be as flexible as possible because we are aware of and understand the present circumstances.
